Nouz is a minimalistic blog engine, freeware and open source. It’s written in PHP+MySQL. No unnecesary features, just what you need for comfortable blogging.

Version 0.9.3 is released!
- Recent comments feed on /recent-comments/ page
- A bug preventing you from deleting a tag is fixed
- Hidden notes don't affect tags and calendar for unauthorized visitors anymore
Auto-update is available. It doesn't include views/page_default.php and views/elems/elem_comments.php templates as well as design/styles.css stylesheet. You can update these manually at your discretion.

Version 0.9.2 is available now. What’s new:
- Automated backup (beta, be careful).
- Improved spam filtering.
- Simultaneous hide/unhide/delete actions for selected comments.
- A few bugfixes.

Not decided yet about a feature allowing to create custom static default page (and moving the blog itself to another one, for example, /blog/).

Version 0.9.1 is available for download and auto-update. What’s new: - Brute force protection.
- Tag cloud bugfix.
- New editable area near the menu.
Be careful, auto-update is in beta-testing mode, so don’t forget to back up the engine itself and your database.
